Itinera
New your past shows now train your own model

Plan your whole tour.
Know if you'll profit.

Itinera reads where your fans actually are, routes the run, matches rooms with receipts, works the holds like an agent, and models the money down to the walkout - learning from your real numbers every tour. Then it exports straight into your touring CRM.

No account needed - play with the live demo right below. New to touring? Read the 3-minute white paper.

Take it for a spin

A real tour through the real engine - Diplo's demo run. Spin the globe, change the knobs, flip between the route, the money, and the bookings.

Warming up the demo tour...

How it works

Four pillars from a blank page to a booking-ready plan.

01
Where to play

Your own streaming and social city data, parsed from screenshots and weighted by how each platform converts to tickets.

02
Smart routing

Auto-sequences the most efficient run from your home base, aimed at Thu-Sat nights, drive days included.

03
Venue receipts

Rooms sized to your real draw - with proof of which similar artists played each one in the last 12 months.

04
Profit or loss

A forward-looking P&L that learns from your past shows: guarantees, splits, break-even, walkout.

Why not just use...

Routing tools stop at the map. Finance dashboards start after you've booked. Spreadsheets are where tours go to leak money. Itinera is the whole planning loop in one place.

Venue receipts: who like you played each room
Money BEFORE you book: walkout, break-even, scenarios

And the part nobody else does at all: the loop compounds. Every settled show sharpens your next plan.

How to use it

Nine steps from your fan data to a booked, approved, exported tour. Steps 3 and 6-8 are where it stops being a map and starts being your agent.

  1. 1
Sign in with Google (or email)

One click and you're in. Every tour saves to your account and follows you across devices - phone, laptop, the venue's back office.

  2. 2
    Show us your fans

Drag in Spotify for Artists screenshots, Laylo or email-list CSVs, SoundCloud, IG, TikTok. Pick the platform from the "These files are from" menu (or let auto-detect read each screenshot) - every source is weighted by how well it actually converts to tickets, and the chips show you exactly what was counted. Add your Spotify link on top for genres and your photo.

  3. 3
Add your numbers (the unfair advantage)

In the "Your numbers" panel, upload past settlement PDFs, a CSV of old shows, or type them in. The model calibrates to YOUR reality per city - "you always beat the model in Denver" - and every projection sharpens. Skip this on tour one; it fills itself from settled shows forever after.

  4. 4
    Answer four questions

Home base (any city on earth), how many shows, first date, van or fly. Pick your working currency. The wizard focuses on the continent where most of your fans live - switch to All for a global run - and you can drop any city with one click.

  5. 5
Review the route, the rooms, the money

Cities light up on the globe, venues carry receipts ("played by Levity, Wooli in the last 12 mo"), and the verdict says it plainly: "this tour profits $X." Flip Conservative / Expected / Optimistic. Open "How we calculated this" for the math in English.

  6. 6
Work the bookings like an agent

Send prefilled avail emails. Track holds (H1/H2) with challenge countdowns. Got a deal memo back? Drop the PDF on the stop - terms, buyer contact, and radius fill themselves, and the fair-guarantee band tells you instantly if the offer is under model. Radius conflicts get flagged before a buyer can get angry. Money moves Projected to Committed to Locked as dates get real.

  7. 7
    Never miss a clock

A daily email digest warns you when a hold is expiring, a challenge deadline is closing, or a deposit is due. Subscribe once to the live calendar feed and every show and hold stays current in Google or Apple Calendar.

  8. 8
Get sign-off + book the travel

Send the read-only approval link to the artist or manager (money hidden unless you choose to show it). Then book flights, hotels, cars, and trains with your route and dates prefilled - teammates flying in from other cities land in the budget automatically.

  9. 9
Hand it off + show it off

Export locked shows straight into your CRM (Master Tour, Gigwell, Airtable...), print the tour book PDF for the van, and share the Wrapped-style tour card and animated globe video with your fans - no money shown, pure hype.

The gap nobody fills

Analytics tools stop at a heatmap. Management CRMs assume the tour is already booked. Itinera is the planning brain in between - it learns your numbers, works your holds, and it's the only one that exports into the CRMs you already use.
